SLIP ON A SKIRT + GIFTS AND GLAM HOLIDAY EVENT

Slip skirt and western booties.

I have a weakness for slip dresses, and when the slip skirt became a big trend recently (here and here,) I was on the lookout for a vintage version. And I was lucky to find this devoré  bias-cut skirt in a vintage shop. The cut is super elegant and the skirt can be dressed up or down easily. I love wearing a piece like that on a casual day. The dressy fabric contrasts nicely with a chunky, practical knit.

Another big trend I’m having fun with is the western boot one! These mules, with a gorg two-toned snake embossed pattern and studs are surprisingly versatile. They have all the attitude you want in a bootie/mule hybrid.

Speaking of attitude,  the easiest way to bring some drama to a look is with statement baubles. These latest finds are a true shoulder duster length! And you can shop them and the other finds I’ve acquired recently at the Gifts
and Glam Holiday Event next Wednesday. I’ll be popping up at Superga with a very talented San Francisco designer Mahsa of Wear Mahsa. A portion of sales will be donated to the Oroville Hope Center, which is collecting new shoes for Butte County Fire victims.

Grab a friend and  join us next week to shop an give! RSVP here.
XO Sasha
